Carla Munhoz received a J.D. degree from the Law School of the University of São Paulo in 1996, and an advanced degree in Corporate and Business Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo.
Prior to founding the RRD Advogados, Carla Munhoz practiced corporate law at prestigious law firms in São Paulo, working specifically with contracts law and corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions and restructuring), assisting Brazilian and foreign clients.
Carla Munhoz was also general counsel of a large Brazilian advertisement group.
Member of the Media and Entertainment Commission of the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo - IASP and member of ABPI (Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property).
Her native language is Portuguese, and she is fluent in English.
Janaina Dellape
Janaina Dellape received a J.D. degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo in 1997 and an LL.M. Degree from Duke University in 2000.
Prior to founding RRD Advogados, Janaina Dellape worked for years at prestigious law firms in Brazil and in the United States with corporate and contracts law and capital markets. Currently, Janaina Dellape also works as a litigation attorney.
Certified by IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance to act as member of board of directors.
Member of the International Bar Association - IBA
Her native language is Portuguese, and she is fluent in English and Spanish.
